Training
This is our completely comprehensive program for athletes of all ages
that include speed and agility instruction and customized strength and
power programs. All sessions are 1.5 hours in length and are conducted
by one or more of our expert coaches. Each strength program is
customized to the individual, so whether you are a beginner athlete or
trying to get that scholarship, we have the answer for you. If you are
required to train at your school, we can adapt our programs to maximize
results and avoid overtraining.
For beginner athletes who play a variety of sports, we recommend
training twice per week on one of our session plans ($20 - $25 per
session). The focus of the program will be establishing basic footwork
and coordination patterns, injury reduction exercises, sprint technique
work and foundational strength and core training with body weight, light
dumbbells and medicine balls. All sessions are monitored closely by our
coaches, so safety and proper technique are the paramount concern.
For our advanced High School – College/Pro athletes, we offer unlimited
monthly memberships that are perfect for off- season training. The
membership allows the athlete to train 3 – 7 times per week in our group
classes. Training 4 – 5 times per week will allow us to maximize the
benefits of our speed, strength and power programs. New methods of
training such as Strongman training and Olympic Lifting will be
introduced. If you are getting ready for the biggest season of your
life, then an unlimited monthly membership will have you in peak
condition for your sport.
