PERSONAL TRAINING
We offer personal training to any one needing one-on-one training.
Adults, overweight children, athletes, and seniors are all great
candidates for personal training. One of our trainers will consult with
you on goal setting, food choices, program design, and flexibility
exercises. You will be weighed and assessed to develop proper programming.
Every 4-weeks a new assessment will be performed to determine progress. A
new 4-week plan will then be set.
