Our Lewis Center location has been expanded and updated in
order to provide more programs to our athletes and clients. A
new turf field has been installed for speed and agility training
and an instruction basketball court has been created to provide
expert instruction to our basketball clients. The weight room
has been moved to our new expanded area to provide more space
for our growing number of clients.

Personal Training
Personal Training is offered at the Lewis Center facility. You
will work one-on-one with a Certified Personal trainer for about
an hour. Your first session will begin with testing, goal
setting, program design, and 1st workout. The new comprehensive
program will include core, flexibility, strength and
conditioning. Talk to your trainer if you would like to train in
a group for even more affordability.
Supervised Memberships Available
Our Supervised Membership Program includes the supervision of a
trainer. Each month, you will meet with a trainer to set you up
on a goal specific workout. At this point, a full body
compensation test will be performed to monitor your progress.
This is a great membership for anyone who needs proper training
without the cost of a personal trainer. Any athlete looking for
age specific program design and professional training techniques
should get involved in this membership.
Open Gym Memberships
Open Gym Memberships are for the self motivated individual. You
have the full use of the gym including weights, speed equipment,
basketball court, and showers. Great program for the morning and
lunch time crowd! Membership has a time restriction of 6am-3pm
Monday-Friday.
